We do offer damage protection policies for reservations over 30 days. The fee is $280 PER MONTH, which will purchase a policy to cover you and your guests up to $10,000 worth of damage to contents of the home and belongings and $500,000 bodily injury and or property damage.

The Scottsdale location of this property is perfect! Five minutes to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, 10 minutes to downtown Scottsdale and 15 minutes the airport! Many hiking trails within a few mile radius. The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Grocery stores are walking distance from the property and it has easy access to the freeways. It's also very close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, and only a little further to downtown Scottsdale.Transit:
You will need to have a car to travel around the Valley, as we are very spread out as far as the neighborhoods and the local towns and cities.Interaction:
