Overview

This hillside home in on a steep driveway up, giving it amazing views of the McDowell Mountains and Red Rock mountains in the distance. This home sits slightly East of Scottsdale, over the McDowell Mountains. Known for its Dark Sky's Fountain Hills offers Star Gazing for all! This comfortable, elegant brand new remodel is perfect for families to enjoy the quiet small town of Fountain Hills, yet you can drive into Old Town Scottsdale in 25 minutes! A beautiful open floor plan that offers a comfortable, luxury experience with amazing beds, a chef's kitchen and a lovely pool to swim and take in the sun! The property can sleep 9 people, as the third bedroom has a full bed trundle on top and a twin on the bottom pull out trundle

Pool can be chilled in the summer, or heated in the winter. An additional $150 a day!

Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. A 3 day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.
In accordance with Local City Ordinance and Good Neighbor Guidelines you must follow:
*No Parties and No Events allowed.
*Disruptive Noise Curfew 10:00pm to 7:00am
*No more than the total number of guests allowed on property at one time equal to the amount of
bedrooms of two people per room per home.


Neighborhood:

Fountain Hills’ situation at the edge of the 12th largest Metropolitan Statistical Area in the United States makes for surprisingly dark nights, given the screening effect of the neighboring McDowell Mountains. Town residents have come to appreciate the typical nighttime conditions of their neighborhoods, where the night sky brightness is low enough to afford occasional glimpses of the Milky Way. Locals interested in preserving these conditions, even as the metro area to their west grows, took up the cause of IDA certification in early 2015, forming the Fountain Hills Dark Sky Association as a community ambassador organization. They secured comprehensive improvements to the Fountain Hills outdoor lighting ordinance in 2016 and have undertaken on ongoing program to educate residents on the benefits of dark skies and quality outdoor lighting.


Transit:

It is best to have a car rental, as the Valley is very spread out and a car is a must! No public transportation and very few Ubers.

We do offer damage protection policies for reservations over 30 days. The fee is $280 PER MONTH, which will purchase a policy to cover you and your guests up to $10,000 worth of damage to contents of the home and belongings and $500,000 bodily injury and or property damage.
