Please note: The main home could have owners living in the home. This guest house is very private, with its' own entry and driveway, and is right in front of the pool area! If you are interested in celebrating your stay in a loud party atmosphere this is NOT your best choice. This cottage is located in the heart of a quiet, luxurious Paradise Valley neighborhood that will not disappoint in amazing views, comfort and local conveniences. (No animals or children on property please) Minimum age limit 55+ years old. Quiet neighborhood!Β NO CHILDREN PLEASE!
We do offer damage protection policies for reservations over 30 days. The fee is $280 PER MONTH, which will purchase a policy to cover you and your guests up to $10,000 worth of damage to contents of the home and belongings and $500,000 bodily injury and or property damage.
