Smoking is not allowed at any Bella Palazzo Home. Any additional guests, a fee will apply.
Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. A 3 day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.

In accordance with Local City Ordinance and Good Neighbor Guidelines you must follow:
*No Parties and No Events allowed.
*Disruptive Noise Curfew 10:00pm to 7:00am
*No more than the total number of guests allowed on property at one time equal to the amount of bedrooms of two people per room per home.

There’s a place and a path for every level in our outdoor spaces. Estrella's trail system offers dramatic views at a range of elevations for hiking, running, walking, or biking at any age. Likewise, the parks are designed for high-energy sports, reading on the grass, and everything in between. In Estrella, you won’t find many streetlights except for on the main roads. Our nights are filled with big, bright stars, the moon against the mountains, and spectacular constellations you can check out from Star Tower. It’s the perfect place in Estrella to take visiting guests to experience the true beauty of our desert. This lovely community is also ultra-convenient, thanks to popular retail and grocery stores, eateries, and health services in the neighborhood. For many of us, golf isn't just a sport—it's a way of life. The Golf Club of Estrella is a par-72, 18-hole championship golf course designed by award-winning Nicklaus Design.

Transit:

A car is required for this community, as it is a 25-30 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport.

Bella Palazzo insures to our guests that we follow all CDC Hotel Cleaning protocol and we have a flexible moderate cancellation policies. The Bella Cleaning Crew sanitize the homes after each clean using all ECOLAB products that are approved and recommended by the CDC.

We do offer damage protection policies for reservations over 30 days. The fee is $280 PER MONTH, which will purchase a policy to cover you and your guests up to $10,000 worth of damage to contents of the home and belongings and $500,000 bodily injury and or property damage.
