*Disruptive Noise Curfew 10:00pm to 7:00am
*No more than the total number of guests allowed on property at one time equal to the amount of
bedrooms of two people per room per home. 8-10 people, no more may be in the home.
NO MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES!
We do offer damage protection policies for reservations over 30 days. The fee is $280 PER MONTH, which will purchase a policy to cover you and your guests up to $10,000 worth of damage to contents of the home and belongings and $500,000 bodily injury and or property damage.

Neighborhood:
The Sedona area is so rich with attractions that you will be tempted to wander. The nearby outlet stores are always busy, and a gaming casino is about 20 minutes away. Flagstaff is about 30 minutes away and the fabulous Grand Canyon is about two hours to the North. The ghost town of Jerome is about 45 minutes away, and you even pass through some wine country with award winning wines! Ancient Indian ruins are in nearby Cottonwood and in remote canyons, and the trails that criss-cross the Red Rocks will take you to locations you will never forget! Be sure to bring a camera!Notes:
