These large bedrooms are equipped with organic mattresses and soft cotton sheets. The tropical private yard is available for full outdoor dining and sunset bbq'ing. Every detail about this home is meant to celebrate family and the simple wonders of enjoying time together by the sea. Walk in through a beautifully arched, white gate, enter through double doors and step inside this amazing Beach Villa. Within the first seconds of being in this home, you are immersed with an immediate sense of comfort. On one half of the first floor of this beautiful modernized home is the first of the four spacious bedrooms. On the other half of the first floor, have fun and compete with family and friends in a game of ping-pong in the open and inviting Media Room. This Media Room is a lovely space for rest and relaxation with a comfy couch and also a 60У flat screen TV. The Media Room leads to an open backyard area where grilling is made easy with a built in grill. After heading up the gorgeous spiral stairs, you reach the second floor and a Kitchen fully equipped to make any chef in the family happy. Also located on the second floor are two more bedrooms. The Kitchen opens up to an inside Dining Room that seats 6 and the Dining Room opens up to an outside deck where families can enjoy a nice dinner along with an immaculate view of the ocean and palm trees. There are no shortages of beautiful views from this home; from the Living Room on the second floor take in the breathtaking sight of the ocean and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere Ventura radiates. The Master Bedroom takes up the entire third floor. Continuing up the stairs from the second floor you immediately walk into the Master Bedroom equipped with features that will make you never want to leave the room. Wake up in a king-sized bed and lounge around to enjoy the 60У flat screen TV. The en-suite Master Bathroom includes a soaking tub for the days where extra relaxation is essential. If some more Тyou timeУ is needed, step out on the Master Bedroom patio to soak up some sun and enjoy a nice book and fresh air. On top of amazing sights from each floor of this Beach Villa, this remarkable home is just minutes walking distance from the beach where you can try your hand at beach volleyball or take a swim in the ocean for a perfect beach day.

The City of Ventura Municipal Code requires all guests to obey the "Good Neighbor Guidelines" with regards to Noise, Parking and Trash.

Neighborhood:

This is one of the LAST beach communities that you can rent a vacation beach house for less then 30 days! Ventura loves beach goers! You can bike on the boardwalk into town, to the pier and fish, or walk to the charming Pierpont neighborhood and enjoy one of the local eateries and pubs!

We are always here to help! We offer full Concierge Services! Fishing Excursions, Channel Island Trips, Bike Rentals, Chef Services, you name it! If you would like for us to stock your fridge, just ask! For a small fee, you will have a fully stock fridge to start off your vacation!

We do offer damage protection policies for reservations over 30 days. The fee is $280 PER MONTH, which will purchase a policy to cover you and your guests up to $10,000 worth of damage to contents of the home and belongings and $500,000 bodily injury and or property damage.
