Famous for their lip-smacking, 36-hour slow-braised pork ribs, their menu is packed with a creative mix of starters, soups, shareable plates, sandwiches, and entrées. The menu highlights include Turkey Pastrami Sandwich, Pub Burger, and Fried Chicken.

Some of their cocktail creations include a Paloma Spritz, Spiced Mezcal Daiquiri, and their El Matador, complete with anejo tequila, elderflower, ginger agave, and orange bitters.

The Hudson Eatery and Bar is a local secret in Tempe. Unbeknownst to the university students, this is one of the best restaurants near Tempe. The Huston Eatery and Bar is famous for its classic, homestyle comfort food and bourbon. 

This neighborhood favorite serves wings, salads, bowls, and what they’re most famous for- their burgers. Some of their burger offerings include their signature Boom Boom burger, Mushroom Swiss Burger, and Bacon Burger. 

The Hudson Eatery and Bar also has a very extensive whiskey list and various cocktails. 

Morning Squeeze
